Our Covid Secure Measures

As lockdown is lifting, we wanted to reassure you of our current measures on re-opening to maintain a Covid secure environment.

This means we want us all to work together to ensure we can continue minimise the spread of Covid-19.

Here are some of the measures we are implementing:

• All 'touch areas' will be cleaned between clients with regular deep cleans every week and we will arrange time between client bookings to maintain a social distance.

• Dr Kerry will be wearing appropriate PPE during consultations and procedures.

• Please arrive at the time of your appointment as there will be NO waiting area due to Covid-19 restrictions.

• If you have a fever or new cough, please inform us and rearrange your appointment to help prevent the spread of potential Covid-19 (we request that you under no circumstances you attend the clinic if you are showing signs of corona virus).

• Please bring your own face mask if you can as we have limited supplies in the clinic and wash your hands or use gel on arrival.

• Covid guidelines recommend that toilet facilities at the clinic should only be used in an emergency, so please try to use your own toilet before you attend the clinic.

• We ask if you can limit anyone coming with you to your appointment where possible e.g. Children, partners

• We hope that the full range fo treatments but some treatments (possible some aesthetic treatments around the nose and mouth) may have restrictions on them to limit the spread of covid-19.

• We will change our guidance in line with what health bodies and the government advise to keep you and us safe.
